TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to all services provided by K.H.M. Advies. 

• K.H.M. Advies: The service provider 
• Client: The person or company using our services 
• Agreement: The contract between both parties 

These terms apply to all offers, services and agreements.

• All prices are in euros 
• Excluding VAT unless stated otherwise 
• Prices may be adjusted 

• Payment term: 14 days 
• Late payments may result in interest and additional costs 

We perform our services:

• To the best of our knowledge and ability 
• With professional care 

Important:
We have an obligation of effort, not guaranteed results

The client must:

• Provide correct and complete information 
• Deliver documents on time 

• Standard term: 1 year 
• Automatically extended unless cancelled 

• Notice period: 
  • Business clients: 2 months 
  • Consumers: 1 month 

Both parties must keep confidential information private.

K.H.M. Advies:

• Is only liable for direct damages 
• Is not liable for indirect damages (e.g. loss of profit) 

Liability is limited to:

• The invoice amount or 
• Insurance coverage 

• Must be submitted within a reasonable time 
• Clearly described 

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• External factors 
• System failures 
• Government actions 
• Other unforeseen circumstances 

We may update these terms when necessary.

Dutch law applies.
Disputes are handled by a Dutch court.
